Records of 2010 - 47. Surfer Blood - Astro CoastIs this the best album cover of the year? Quite possibly! What is certain to me though, is that this is one of my favourite debuts of 2010. While not chock-full of originality, it makes up for in summer assurance. These four young chaps from West Palm Beach, Florida serve up dreamy surf pop that's like The Beach Boys meets Weezer. It's better than I make it sound, I promise you mate. I just gone and promised you. The sound of youth.
